The FS QA Learner will support the FS QA team and ensuring compliance across our operations. You'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of suppliers and gain practical experience in document review and approval. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented and eager to learn the ins and outs of quality systems for a growing brand.

Play a key leadership role in advancing pursuit strategy and proposal execution. Shape proposal systems and processes across the company, supporting complex infrastructure pursuits, guiding cross-functional teams. Lead and manage proposal development from RFQ to final RFP, including shortlist and interview phases.

Assist in the creation, review, and approval of Purchase Orders. Communicate with suppliers to confirm items availability, negotiate terms, and obtain pricing information. Monitor inventory levels and assist in the identification of materials needed for production and operations.
